DescriptionAll that certain Condominium Unit in the Township of Freehold, County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey, including the improvements and appurtenances thereto belonging, subject to the provisions of the Condominium Act of the State of New Jersey, P.L. 1969, c.257, its amendments and supplements, and subject to the provisions of The Arbors Condominium Master Deed recorded in the Monmouth County Clerk's Office in Deed Book 4381, Page 589 on November 23, 1982 and amended in Deed Book 4383, Page 474 on December 6, 1982, being designated as Unit 4.32, Building 4 in the Arbors Condominium, said Unit being more particularly defined in the Master Deed hereinabove mentioned and which Unit is herewith conveyed in conformity with the Condominium Act of the State of New Jersey aforesaid and includes the fee in an undivided .00689% interest in the Arbors Condominium.
The sale is subject to any unpaid taxes and assessments, tax, water, and sewer liens and other municipal assessments. The amount due can be obtained from the local taxing authority. Pursuant to NJSA 46:8B-21 the sale may also be subject to the limited lien priority of any Condominium / Homeowner Association liens which may exist.
